Orange Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1-2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange zest
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 (9-x-5-x-3-inch) loaf pans.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour, salt, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar, milk, oil, eggs, orange zest, vanilla, and orange extract. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until well combined. Gradually add flour mixture to sugar mixture, mixing until batter is smooth. Pour batter into prepared pans.
- Bake for 30 minutes; cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let Cool in pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely.
