Worcestershire, horseradish, and hot pepper sauce give this icy low-calorie beverage extra punch.
Ingredients
- 2 cups tomato juice or vegetable juice
- 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
- Celery sticks for garnish (optional)
- In a small pitcher stir together tomato juice or vegetable juice, lime juice or lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, and hot pepper sauce.
- Pour tomato mixture into an 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Cover and freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until slushy. Spoon into glasses. If desired, garnish with celery sticks. Makes 2 (8-ounce) servings.
