These quick and tender potatoes are infused with a delectable garlic flavor - and you won't believe just how easy they are to make!
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness or Certified Organic)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups small new potatoes, cut in half
- Heat the broth, garlic and potatoes in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes well in a colander.
- Note: Swanson® Seasoned Chicken Broth with Roasted Garlic is no longer available. Campbell's Kitchen has modified this recipe with chicken broth to deliver the same great dish you enjoyed.
