Ingredients
- 2 cups romaine lettuce torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 medium tomato , cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup peeled, sliced cucumber
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 2 tbsp. prepared fat-free red wine vinaigrette dressing
- 1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain Seasoned Croutons
- 1 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
- 3 pitted kalamata olives, chopped
- Place the lettuce, tomato, cucumber and oregano into a medium bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat. Top with the croutons, cheese and olives.
