Asian Chicken Bake

Stock-up your pantry with cream of celery soup, soy sauce and French fried onions, because this delicious baked chicken dish is one you'll want to make again and again!

Ingredients
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 green onions , sliced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 can (about 16 ounces) mixed vegetables , drained
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup French's® French Fried Onions
Directions
  • Stir the soup, water, soy, green onions, vegetables, chicken and rice in a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle with the onions and bake for 5 minutes or until they're golden.
  • Easy Substitution: Substitute 3 cans (4.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained, for the cooked chicken.
