Deep-Fried Dumpling Strips Recipe

Ingredients
- 24 frozen dumplings, such as Mary B's Kettle Dumplings, cut in half lengthwise
- 3 to 4 quarts cooking oil for frying
- seasoning mix of choice
- In a dutch oven, heat oil to 375 degrees over medium-high heat.
- Drop dumpling strips into hot oil in batches. Let each batch cook for approximately 5 minutes until puffed and golden, turning dumplings once during cooking time. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels for a few minutes.
- Toss with seasoning mix while still warm.
