Bag O 'Teddies Recipe

Here's little snack for the little eaters in your life. Top bear-shape graham cookies with yogurt and fresh berries for a healthy treat.
Ingredients
- 1 single-serving-size bag bear-shape graham snack cookies or animal crackers
- 1/4 cup vanilla or fruit-flavor low-fat yogurt*
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh fruit or berries (strawberries, mandarin orange segments, blueberries, bananas)
- Use scissors to cut open bag of cookies along one of the short ends. Spoon yogurt over cookies in bag. Top with fruit. Serve from the bag with a spoon. Makes 1 serving.
- Nutrition Note: Teddy Grahams and animal crackers are low in fat and not as sugary as some cookies. Yogurt and pudding both provide calcium (and some protein).
- *Note: If desired, use vanilla or chocolate low-fat pudding instead of yogurt.
