Easy Turkey Pot Pie (Cooking for 2)

Bisquick Heart Smart® recipe! Whip up a delicious and comforting main-dish pie using leftover turkey and what's on hand.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup cut-up cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup canned condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup canned condensed chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk
Directions
  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F. In ungreased 1-quart casserole, stir together vegetables, turkey, soup and broth. Microwave on High 3 minutes; stir.
  • In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over turkey mixture (crust will rise during baking).
  • Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
Tip:
  • High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
