Easy Turkey Pot Pie (Cooking for 2) Recipe

Bisquick Heart Smart® recipe! Whip up a delicious and comforting main-dish pie using leftover turkey and what's on hand.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cut-up cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup canned condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup canned condensed chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
- 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. In ungreased 1-quart casserole, stir together vegetables, turkey, soup and broth. Microwave on High 3 minutes; stir.
- In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over turkey mixture (crust will rise during baking).
- Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
- High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
