Honey-Bran Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
Cookies
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups Fiber One® original bran cereal
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 to 4 teaspoons milk
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In medium bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, honey and egg with electric mixer on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly, until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in cereal.
- Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart.
- Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until set and golden brown (surfaces will appear shiny). Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool 15 minutes.
- In small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over cookies.
