This eye-opening cocktail of orange juice and champagne is a great choice for any holiday brunch.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice, chilled
- 1/4 teaspoon orange-flavored liqueur
- 1/3 cup chilled champagne
- 1 orange wedge, optional
- Combine orange juice and liqueur in a fluted champagne glass. Slowly add champagne. Garnish glass with orange wedge, if desired. Serve immediately. Makes 1 drink.
