Cinnamon Oranges and Honey Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 quart plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 oranges
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Spoon yogurt into fine-meshed sieve placed over a bowl, and let drain 1/2 hour. Place thickened yogurt in mixing bowl, and stir in honey.
- Peel oranges, cutting away all pith and membranes. Cut each orange into 6 round slices.
- Spoon yogurt into shallow serving plate. Place orange slices on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
