Spicy Wonton Chips Recipe

Serve these garlic and cheese topped chips for a snack or as a side dish. They're low in calories and fat and are easy to make.
Ingredients
- 4 wonton wrappers
 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
 - Nonstick spray coating
 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
 - 1 small clove garlic, minced
 - 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
 
- Brush wonton wrappers with olive oil. Use a sharp knife to cut wonton wrappers diagonally in half to form 8 triangles. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick coating. Arrange triangles in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl combine cheese, garlic, and red pepper; sprinkle atop chips.
 - Bake in a 350 degrees F oven about 8 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.
