Serve these garlic and cheese topped chips for a snack or as a side dish. They're low in calories and fat and are easy to make.

  • 4 wonton wrappers
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Nonstick spray coating
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • Brush wonton wrappers with olive oil. Use a sharp knife to cut wonton wrappers diagonally in half to form 8 triangles. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick coating. • Bake in a 350 degrees F oven about 8 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.
