Pepperoni, red and green bell pepper and cream cheese blend together with pasta sauce to make a quick and easy fondue for your next get-together.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoni
- 1 small green or red pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 of an 8-ounce package cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce OR Prego® Tomato Basil and Garlic Italian Sauce
- Italian bread cubes or tortilla chips
- Cook the pepperoni and pepper in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat for 4 minutes or until the pepper is tender.
- Stir in the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cook and stir until the cheese is melted. Stir in the sauce and cook until the mixture is heated through. Serve with the bread cubes for dipping.
