Totally Vegged-Out Burgers

Ingredients
  • 1 Grillers® Original
  • 1/4 small zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dillweed, dried
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning salt
  • 1 whole wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 2 teaspoons red onion, chopped
Directions
  • Cook MORNINGSTAR FARMS GRILLERS ORIGINAL veggie burger according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, use vegetable peeler to lengthwise cut zucchini into very thin strips. Set aside. In small bowl stir together cucumber, yogurt, dill and seasoning salt.
  • Serve burger in buns with tomato, zucchini, yogurt mixture and red onion.
