Totally Vegged-Out Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 Grillers® Original
- 1/4 small zucchini
- 2 tablespoons cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dillweed, dried
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning salt
- 1 whole wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted
- 1 slice tomato
- 2 teaspoons red onion, chopped
- Cook MORNINGSTAR FARMS GRILLERS ORIGINAL veggie burger according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, use vegetable peeler to lengthwise cut zucchini into very thin strips. Set aside. In small bowl stir together cucumber, yogurt, dill and seasoning salt.
- Serve burger in buns with tomato, zucchini, yogurt mixture and red onion.
