5-Minute Horseradish Sauce

This creamy sauce adds a spicy zest to meats. Makes a superb accompaniment for corned beef on St. Patrick's Day...or any day.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Horseradish, fresh ground
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
  • Combine all ingredients until blended well. Serve alongside meat dishes.
