Giblet Gravy Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- chicken giblets, cooked and chopped
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour. Cook for 5 minutes. Gradually add chicken broth, whisking constantly until smooth. Add soup, salt, and pepper, whisking until smooth. Add egg and giblets, stirring to combine. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
