Herbed Sour Cream Recipe

Stir basil into sour cream and add a sprinkling of black pepper for a tasty topper. Use it at breakfast time for pancakes or at dinner time for topping baked potatoes.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. basil or parsley, fresh snipped
- 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
- In a small bowl stir together one 8-ounce container sour cream, 2 tablespoons snipped fresh basil or parsley, and 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper. Makes 1 cup.
