French Quarter Coffee and Chicory

Classic New Orleans-style coffee and chicory. Serve during Mardi Gras season or anytime.

Ingredients
  • Cafe du Monde Coffee and Chicory
  • Milk or cream
Directions
  • In a drip coffee pot or percolator use one heaping tablespoon of coffee and chicory for each cup of boiling water.
  • Mix freshly brewed coffee with equal amounts of hot steamed milk or cream to suit taste.
