Shrimp and Feta Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 package Italian bread shell or ready-to-serve pizza crust (12 to 14 inches in diameter) (16 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 1/2 pound uncooked peeled deveined medium shrimp, thawed if frozen
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
- 1 can sliced ripe olives, drained (2 1/4 ounces)
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- Heat oven to 400 degrees . Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp and garlic in oil about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and firm.
- Sprinkle bread shell with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Top with shrimp, olives, remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and the feta cheese. Sprinkle with rosemary. Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
