Try this tomato and herb pizza recipe from Betty Crocker.
Ingredients
- 1 package ready-to-serve pizza crust (12 to 14 inches in diameter; 16 ounces)
- 1/4 cup soft cream cheese with chives and onions
- 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1 ounce)
- Heat oven to 425 degrees . Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread with cream cheese. Top with tomatoes, oregano and basil. Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
